I was 29 years old, it was a sunny Sunday afternoon when my cell phone rang, my mom sounded stressed and confused. "I can't wake your dad up" she said "he's in the lounge sitting in his chair" I jumped in my car and raced over to her house, knowing what had happened but still in disbelief. Years later, in my forties I thought back, if only I had had a video camera and filmed just 30 seconds of him moving, talking and smiling. A moment I could never get back to share with my children. I miss him every day of my life. These memories inspired me to start this Memories In Motion. ​
